How frustrated would you feel if words, letters and computers made no sense to you?  In Ghana, many children have no access to schools to allow them to learn how to read, write and use computers.  This among many other reasons is why the nonprofit, Help Save the New Generation (HeSaNG), was created.

HeSaNG advocates for the well being of widows, orphans and the underprivileged in critical communities in Ghana, West Africa. HeSaNG provides help in areas such as; Health HIV/AIDS Education, locations for orphans, and social justice issues like eliminating child labor.  girls sitting.jpg

These children live in rural Ghana with their parents who area cassava farmers. There is no school, clinic, or church. Water is 5 miles away. The children and their families find it difficult to make ends meet from the cassava harvest. Some areas where HeSaNG can help is with volunteers and donations to build a school and water pump for this community.
