l wish to be active member of the Help Save The New Generation Organization's group of

volunteers. I understand that due to the nature of the work/activities held by the organization,

which may involve physical activities and contact with other individuals, l may be exposed

to personal or property damages. Taking this to consideration and if my qualification meet

of those of Hesang, l assume complete responsibility for any personal damage to property

that may occur while l participate a s a volunteer. In addition, l release the Hesang and its

officers,employees,volunteers,partners,agents,sponsors,members,of the board of directors

and assigns from any responsibility for damages and lawsuits and any loss,or claim that l

could have while rendering my service as a volunteer and after l complete the same.

I ASSUME TOTAL AND COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL

DAMAGE TO PROPERTY THAT MIGHT OCCUR WHILE I PARTICIPATE AS A VOLUNTEER. IN ADDITION, I RELEASE HELP SAVE THE NEW GENERATION ORGANIZATION AND ITS

OFFICERS .EMPLOYEES,VOLUNTEERS,PARTNERS,AGENTS,SPONSORS,MEMBERS,OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS,AND ASSIGNS FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES

OR LAWSUITS AND ANY CLAIM THAT COULD HAVE WHILE RENDERING MY SERVICE

AS A VOLUNTEER AND AFTER I COMPLETE THE SAME.

l hereby state that l will not divulge confidential information that will compromise the Hesang

Organization .l will maintain confidentiality of everything stated as confidential. As well as information related ti internal affairs,project details, personal information or any other information

that has not been authorized to be released by the Organization. L will not use confidential

information to risk or damage the image and reputation of Help Save The New Generation.

Volunteers are expected to take adequate travel insurance

Medical cost are not covered by the program fee volunteer pays however Hesang will be willing to advance monies to volunteers who may need emergency medical attention but don't have readily

available funds to pay for such services.
